Sairan Khosravi, a women’s rights activist from Sanandaj, has been arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Sairan Khosravi was detained in the early hours of Tuesday, November 19, 2024, by agents of the Intelligence Department in Sanandaj.
A reliable source revealed that the security forces entered Khosravi’s home in Sanandaj, using intimidation tactics, and arrested her without presenting a search warrant.
